Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: September 10, 2026

Welcome to Woven Collective. These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of our website and your purchase or participation in classes, workshops, events, and other experiences offered by Woven Collective.
Â
By using our website or completing a registration or purchase, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Â
Class & Event Registration
Â
Registration is required for classes and events unless otherwise stated. A registration is not confirmed until payment has been successfully completed and you receive confirmation from Woven Collective.
Please review the class description, date, time, location, skill level, age requirements, prerequisites, and required supplies before registering.
Â
Class sizes may be intentionally limited to provide a quality learning experience.
Â
All Sales Are Final
Â
All class, workshop, and event registrations are final sale and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by law.
Because our instructors prepare for each participant and class sizes may be limited, we are unable to provide refunds for cancellations, schedule conflicts, illness, missed classes, late arrivals, or no-shows.
Â
Please carefully review your registration before completing your purchase.
Â
Registrations may not be transferred to another person or another class unless Woven Collective expressly approves the transfer.
Â
Class Changes or Cancellations by Woven Collective
Â
Occasionally, Woven Collective may need to cancel, reschedule, relocate, or modify a class or event because of instructor availability, weather, enrollment, facility issues, emergencies, or other circumstances.
Â
If Woven Collective cancels a class and does not provide a suitable replacement or rescheduled session, participants will receive an appropriate refund or credit for the affected registration.
Â
If a class is rescheduled, we will communicate available options to registered participants.
Â
Class Materials and Supplies
Â
Each class listing will identify, when applicable, materials that are included in the registration fee and supplies or equipment participants are expected to bring.
Â
Participants are responsible for reviewing these requirements before attending. Woven Collective cannot guarantee that replacement supplies or equipment will be available at the time of class.
Â
Minors
Â
Participants under 18 must be registered by a parent or legal guardian.
Â
Certain classes may have minimum age requirements or require a parent or guardian to remain on-site or participate with the child. These requirements will be identified in the applicable class description when relevant.
Â
By registering a minor, the parent or legal guardian confirms that they have authority to enroll the participant and agrees to these Terms on the minor's behalf.
Â
Safety and Participation

Creative classes may involve sewing machines, embroidery machines, needles, pins, scissors, rotary cutters, irons, heat-producing equipment, crafting tools, electrical equipment, and other materials that require careful use.
Â
Participants agree to follow instructor directions, posted safety requirements, and equipment-use guidelines.
Â
Participation in hands-on creative activities carries inherent risks. By participating, attendees acknowledge and voluntarily accept the ordinary risks associated with the class or activity, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Â
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights or liability that cannot legally be waived.
Â
Participant Conduct
Â
Woven Collective is committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful learning environment.
Â
We reserve the right to remove a participant whose conduct is unsafe, disruptive, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, or significantly interferes with the learning experience of others. A participant removed for inappropriate conduct will not be entitled to a refund, except where required by law.
Â
Personal Belongings
Â
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings, tools, equipment, and materials while attending Woven Collective classes and events. Woven Collective is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, forgotten, or damaged except to the extent otherwise required by law.
Â
Class Content and Intellectual Property
Â
Class materials, patterns, handouts, presentations, photographs, videos, instructional materials, designs, and other content provided by Woven Collective or its instructors may be protected by copyright or other intellectual property rights.
Unless otherwise stated, class materials are provided for the registered participant's personal use and learning. They may not be reproduced, distributed, sold, published, taught commercially, or shared publicly without permission from the applicable rights holder.
Â
Students retain ownership of their own original creative work.
Â
Photography and Recording
Â
Photography or recording may occasionally occur during Woven Collective classes and events. When photographs or recordings will be used for marketing or promotional purposes, Woven Collective will obtain any consent required for that use, particularly when minors are involved.
Â
Participants may not record instructors, other participants, or substantial portions of a class without permission.
Â
Website Use
Â
The Woven Collective website and its content are provided for personal, lawful use. You may not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its security or operation, copy protected content without authorization, impersonate another person, or use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
Â
Third-Party Services
Â
Our website may use or link to third-party services, including registration platforms, payment processors, social media platforms, mapping services, or other websites.
Â
Woven Collective is not responsible for the availability, policies, content, security, or practices of third-party services.
Â
Disclaimer
Â
We work hard to provide accurate class descriptions, schedules, instructor information, website content, and other information. However, information may occasionally contain errors or require updates.
Â
Woven Collective may make reasonable changes to class content, schedules, instructors, materials, or other details when necessary.
Â
Creative and educational outcomes vary by participant, and registration in a class does not guarantee a particular result or level of proficiency.
Â
Limitation of Liability
Â
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Woven Collective will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of our website or participation in our classes or events.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by law.
Â
Governing Law
Â
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to These Terms
Â
Woven Collective may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
Â
The Terms in effect at the time of a registration will govern that transaction unless otherwise required by law.
